The Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025 is set to return with a significantly expanded scale, featuring more than 500 residential, commercial, township and luxury projects from over 50 leading developers across the MMR. Scheduled to take place in December 2025, the expo arrives at a time when Navi Mumbai is witnessing transformative growth driven by its upcoming mega infrastructure projects.
Among the key developments shaping the region’s future is the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), whose Phase 1 is expected to be operational by December 2025, promising enhanced domestic and global connectivity. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL/Atal Setu), slated for opening in May 2026, is another game-changing project that will drastically reduce travel time between South Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the expanding Navi Mumbai Metro network is projected to touch nearly 1 crore ridership within the next two years, strengthening public mobility.
Road infrastructure upgrades, including improvements to Coastal Road, Palm Beach Road and the Virar-Alibaug Multi-Modal Corridor, are expected to further boost accessibility. Emerging commercial hubs, technology parks, education zones, Aero City, NAINA and Pushpak Nagar are collectively positioning Navi Mumbai as a modern, job-rich urban destination.
This year’s expo will also feature dedicated zones offering financial assistance, home loan support and property investment guidance. A key highlight will be its strong focus on redevelopment, aligned with the Walk-to-Work concept that encourages self-sufficient neighbourhoods. To promote awareness, CREDAI-BANM will conduct a special redevelopment seminar on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
